Sean Ekhlas, Esq.
Sean Ekhlas Esq. has been an extended member of the law community. He graduated Cum Laude from Georgia State University College of Law, and he is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia in good standing. Sean is also licensed to practice law in District of Columbia and also outside of the US in Iran.
Sean earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Law from the PNU School of Law and his master’s degree in Intellectual Property Law Magna Cum Laude from ATU School of Law overseas. After completing Arbitration training courses in ICC Paris, American Arbitration Association, and Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, he participated in numerous national and international commercial disputes as arbitrator or counsel.
He was elected as a two-year term honored member of the Arbitration Award Scrutiny Tribunal in one of the overseas m prestigious arbitration centers and served as an outstanding member. In addition, Sean is a member of London International Court of Arbitration, and a registered neutral in Georgia Courts.
As a seasoned litigator and arbitrator, Sean has handled numerous high profile international and statewide commercial disputes. Sean is also well acquainted with immigration law as well as tort law and handles enumerated cases each year.
As part of his practice while representing his clients from U.S., UAE, Turkey, Oman, France, Germany, South Korea, and Taiwan, Sean had the ultimate opportunity to draft numerous contracts in different fields such as Transfer of Technology, Merger Acquisition, Build Operation Transfer, Sales of Goods, Auto and Auto Part Manufacturing, Buy Back, Construction, Telecommunications, Jewelry Manufacturing, Gaming, Transportation, and other branches of law.
Before becoming a lawyer and arbitrator and simultaneous to his law school studies, Sean was a successful business owner in Forsyth County, GA between 2005 and 2008.
As much as he cares about the people and society, Sean joined and served as a volunteer attorney at Atlanta Legal Aid, a free civil legal aid for low-income across metro Atlanta. Sean Ekhlas manages his law practice in local and international disputes and his lifetime motive is to bring justice, fairness, and equality to the people.

Reza Ghasemi
As a new member of our arbitration team, Reza Ghasemi has joined us at the Law Office of Sean Ekhlas in 2023. Reza has been practicing as an attorney overseas for more than eight years. After graduating from PNU Law School, he successfully passed the Bar exam and formally became a good standing lawyer and member of the Bar Association overseas.
In pursuit of his legal career here in the United States, Reza is eager to continue his studies in law and by completing a Law Level Master’s (LLM) Degree become eligible to sit for the Bar Exam.
Furthermore, Reza has also gained valuable experience in arbitration while participating in several international arbitration sessions as an assistant to our managing attorney, Sean Ekhlas, Esq.
